Crimefighters Brave the Cold!

Braving the sub-freezing temperatures, Officer Patricia Montemayor, Austin I.S.D. Police Department,  rallies her Junior Police Academy cadets this morning (8 am to be exact!) at Murchison Middle School to brush up on their crime fighting skills.

This morning’s subject was that old school CSI art of fingerprinting.  Twenty kids will have to explain why they have ink on their finger, but the cadets did learn that prints — like Officer Montemayor — are one of a kind!
