The Real Rewards

 Officer Mitchell Garcia of the Houston Police Department and Junior Police Academy Advisory Council member reflects on the real rewards of wearing a badge. This is the first in a series of newly remastered videos to feature Officer Garcia that will appear on the Junior Police Academy’s website as part of our ongoing efforts to share information and inspire JPA instructors nationwide.
